Bryan DuBon is a seasoned commercial litigator with a successful track record in high-stakes domestic and international disputes. He has led complex litigation strategy in multi-million-dollar cases, argued dispositive motions in state and federal courts, and counseled corporations on governance and risk. Mr. DuBon’s practice experience includes trade secret litigation, shareholder disputes, corporate governance deadlocks, cases of breach of fiduciary duties, corporate acquisitions involving materially misstated financials (i.e., “cooked books”), and cross-boarder judgment domestication.
