Mr. Utanski is a skilled business litigation attorney who has successfully represented clients in breach of contract litigation, cases asserting business torts, corporate shareholder litigation, and claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Mr. Utanski also represents clients in trade secret litigation, lawsuits asserting breach of non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, and lawsuits asserting unfair competition.
Mr. Utanski earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a member of the Nova Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics with a minor in Mathematics.
