
Daniel H. Cohan
Daniel H. Cohan is an experienced business litigation attorney, who has over 30 years of experience. He represents clients in claims of breach of contract, business torts, defense of employment discrimination and retaliation claims, and in claims concerning restrictive covenants, such as non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.
Mr. Cohan was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He attended Lynchburg College in Virginia and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology in 1985. Mr. Cohan earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1988. While attending law school, Mr. Cohan was a member of the Syracuse Law Review.
