Mr. Mavrick has over 23 years experience in business, employment, non-competition agreements, real estate, and probate/trust/guardianship litigation. He has successfully represented businesses, management, and entrepreneurs by advising them with legal compliance and lawsuit avoidance, as well as representing them in litigation. Mr. Mavrick has successfully represented clients in a substantial number of federal and state court trial (both jury trials and bench trials) and appellate litigation, and in arbitration and administrative law venues before local, state, and federal agencies.
Victor M. Velarde practices in the areas of labor and employment, business, non-competition agreements, and probate/trust/guardianship litigation at the Mavrick Law Firm. Mr. Velarde graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, and was awarded the academic honor magna cum laude. In law school, Mr. Velarde also was awarded first place oral advocate in the University of Miami School of Law Intramural Moot Court Competition.
