David Friedman practices in the areas of appellate law, labor and employment law, and business and real estate litigation. Mr. Friedman earned his law degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Law School. Because of his excellent academic background before law school, Mr. Friedman was awarded a full academic scholarship for the whole term of his legal studies. Mr. Friedman is a member of The Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, and the North Broward Bar Association. Mr. Friedman has successfully prepared federal appellate briefs, federal court motions, and state court motions and discovery. In an April 2013 trial in state court in Broward County, Florida, Mr. Friedman substantially assisted attorney Peter Mavrick in obtaining a complete defense victory for a construction general contractor.
